Is it alright to wear an off-white, cream coloured dress to my ex-boyfriend's wedding? I haven't had an occasion to wear it yet, and it happens that this is the next wedding I have been invited to.

Hi Anonymous, although an off-white, cream coloured dress doesn't seem like a big deal as it's not white right? Wearing anything close to white can be by far the biggest mistake that can be made by a wedding guest. It's the brides once in a lifetime chance to shine, especially during her wedding day and stealing the thunder from her wouldn't be the nicest thing to do eventhough that is not your intention.

Hi Emma, if you're hitting the big three-o we would advice you to stay away from short shorts. You definitely do not want to be recognize or acknowledge as something else! Opt for an average length shorts for the beach, culottes for a day out, they're age appropriate and would definitely look good on you when matched correctly.

My boyfriend has a very ugly pair of Crocs shoes. Everytime I hide or throw them away, he gets a new one. What do I do?

Hi Hui Ru, this is a tough one as people get quite sensitive when one comments on the way he or she dresses. However we understand the pain of seeing someone you love spotting Crocs as it is a major fashion offence! There's no point throwing them away as he seems to be getting a new pair everytime. Have you tried sitting down and having a talk with him regarding this? You could break into it in a nice, neutral manner by asking him what he thinks about them and why does he likes them and see how you can work your way through that. If he's opting for comfort, go for something that looks comfortable but stylish, if he's just sticking with it because he probably think it's in trend or never went out of trend, tell him it is and surprise him with a fashionable pair of casual shoes!
